This begins my coverage of tourism businesses in the Napa Valley that are open for business after the earthquake. It’s been a month already, and recovery efforts have been dramatic.
Over the next few weeks I will be visiting wineries, restaurants, shops, hotels, and other points of interest, focusing on places that have great handicap accessibility.
Sonoma Valley is also open for business! Many people lump Napa and Sonoma together as one, but indeed they are two different valleys, adjacent to each other. Sonoma had minimal damage in the earthquake, but our neighbor, Napa, just a half hour away had quite a bit. Together, we are Sonoma/Napa Wine Country, and we invite you to visit, and experience the beauty, the food, the wine, the good life.
Both valleys have incredible accessibility for those who are disabled or have mobility challenges. Come see for yourself. I think you’ll be amazed.
